For large events and weddings, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks out to secure your date. For smaller corporate lunches or private parties, give us a shout at least 7 days in advance. If you're in a pinch, call us—we’ll see if the pit has room!
We offer both! We provide full-delivery and setup across the DFW Metroplex (Arlington, Mansfield, Dallas, Fort Worth, etc.). Delivery fees are based on your distance from our kitchen in Arlington.
For our themed buffets and full-service catering, we generally have a 20-person minimum. However, if you have a smaller group, keep an eye on our social media for our next local pop-up where you can grab individual plates!
Absolutely. While we are famous for our smoked meats, we can provide Gluten-Free and Vegetarian sides or main options upon request. Just let us know your needs when you request a quote.
Yes! All of our catering packages include high-quality disposable plates, napkins, and cutlery so you don't have to worry about the cleanup. If you're looking for something more formal, we can discuss upscale options during your consultation.
